The key answers at a glance.
Devices, operations, contract terms and data — the questions that usually come up before a decision.
Devices & operations
Which devices PosIQ needs and how service keeps running when it gets busy.
Do I need special hardware?
PosIQ runs on iPhone and iPad. Receipt printing currently supports one approved Epson model. Card payments run through your payment provider's terminal and are recorded in the order; integrated payment on the iPhone via GP tom by Commerz Globalpay is in preparation.
View devices and printingDoes every additional device cost extra?
No. PosIQ is priced per business. There is no monthly per-device surcharge for one to ten iPhones and iPads.
Does PosIQ work without internet?
Core service flows such as ordering, firing and charging can continue locally. Devices reconcile again when the connection returns.
View multi-device operationCan several devices work together?
Yes. Multiple iPhones and iPads share one operational state. A soft table lock helps prevent two people changing the same order at once.
POS & compliance
TSE, receipts and the data that has to stay traceable at the end of the day.
How does TSE work with PosIQ?
In the personally configured live operation, PosIQ brings payment, receipt and TSE data into a single flow. The specific configuration is agreed before launch. TSE and the receipt obligation are German fiscal requirements.
View the TSE flowHow does the BuchhaltIQ connection work?
With PosIQ Connect, completed day-end reports can be sent deliberately to BuchhaltIQ after secure pairing. Staff-time transfer remains excluded until its separate final acceptance is complete.

The providers and processing paths in use are documented in the German privacy notice. The specific setup of each business is reviewed before going live.

Term, offer and the path from a first conversation to live operation.
How long is the minimum term?
The minimum contract term is three months. It can then be cancelled for the end of the current three-month period; without cancellation it renews for another three months.
Read the SaaS terms (German)How does the offer process work?
Commercial terms, devices, setup and workflows are agreed personally. That is why we do not publish a blanket price that would fit almost no business.
Request adviceWhich businesses is PosIQ for?
PosIQ is intended for hospitality businesses such as restaurants, cafés, bars, food trucks and bakeries. The key is a service flow involving orders, receipts, payments or several devices.
